*Currently unable to accommodate new clients but a waitlist is available.
Hi, I'm Julie and welcome to my page! I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Masters Degree in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy through Wilfrid Laurier.
I believe that everyone has the potential for personal growth, no matter what their situation. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for my clients to work through their struggles and find the courage to make positive changes.
I am a firm believer in providing evidence-based therapy and I am constantly looking for new ways to help my clients. I love working with kids, teens, adults, couples, and just about everything in between!
I am dedicated to helping people find the strength and courage to make meaningful changes in their lives. I am excited to be able to share my knowledge and experience with those I work with. I look forward to meeting you!

What can therapy look like?
It can just be finding your own self-compassion.
Self-love and acceptance is truly an option, even if it feels like it has never been one before.
It can just be holding the space you need.
Sometimes big emotions can need a safe space and I try to create that space as best as I can.
It can be working through life’s challenges.
Let’s be real, sometimes life is just hard. Talking with someone can make it more manageable
“I went on a journey to find myself again. Not the same version of me that I was looking for, but a stronger version, a wiser version. Someone who knew that they were enough just as they were.”
